Ways of sharing and publishing your Zebra BI reports

Zebra BI offers you a wide variety of ways to share your awesome visuals, reports, dashboards and presentations with other people.

You can create PowerPoint slides, both static pictures and also linked/updatable slides. You can easily publish multiple page PDF documents directly from Zebra BI. You can export static Excel workbooks for Excel users without Zebra BI. You can create dynamic and fully interactive Excel dashboards and share them with other Zebra BI users. You can even publish your interactive Zebra BI reports and dashboards as web dashboards via MS SharePoint.

Hopefully, this is enough for your needs! 😉 Let's try to cover all these options into more detail.

Exporting as (static) Excel workbook

If you want to share your Zebra BI reports or dashboards with other users who don't have Zebra BI installed, one of the options you have is to send them a static Excel workbook.

A static Excel workbook is an Excel file that looks exactly like the original file, except that the Zebra BI charts are not dynamic (they will not change if their source data changes).

To create a static Excel workbook click on the arrow below 'Export' in your Zebra BI ribbon and choose 'Excel Workbook (static)':
